Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Take-n-Slide! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right through a refund or replacement.

Simply message us on our Contact Us Page within 30 days of your order ship date and we’ll refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment. (Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.)

To start the process, message us with your order number and reason for your request, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds are processed immediately upon approval of your refund request. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Reselling Products

It’s important to note that Take-n-Slide customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets or on auction sites. We, therefore, cannot endorse the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from such vendors.
