4 Simple Steps

Peel the backing

Each tracker comes with a reusable 3M adhesive. Just peel off the brown backing.

Stick it on the bottle

The curved back fits most bottles. Place it so it doesn’t cover important label info.

Slide after each dose

Slide the tab from green to red. It clicks into place, so you can see at a glance what’s done.

Step 4

Reuse on your next refill

Move it to your new bottle. Each tracker lasts for over 12 refills.
