When taking her own medications, Lisa Duer realized that her own adherence was less than optimal. Family and friends also grappled with the same issue. She thought there must be a better way. She came up with the idea of Take-n-Slide and was granted a utility patent for her invention. She received a BBA/Management from Kennesaw State University.
